Online Revenue Generation – Blogs!

Wallet so fat you need a clamp to keep it closed!

Gracious Thursday is upon us! Let’s talk about Online Revenue Generation!

This is going to be a relatively quick blog post, but I wanted to make sure I touched on some key factors regarding Revenue Generation for bloggers. No matter the subject your blog covers, if it has a decent and recurring audience, chances are you can leverage your hard work to produce a bit of side income for yourself!

Here I will break down various ways to get paid for all of those hours spent typing away on important subjects!

#1 AdSense

Google’s AdSense is a great way to make a side income that is residual, given you have enough traffic going through your website. Placing AdSense on your website is easy and can help grow that bottom line!

#2 Affiliate Programs

Below are a couple referral programs that are really easy to implement!

#2a Amazon Affiliate Program

This allows your website to gain residuals from people visiting amazon based on the amount of traffic you provide to Amazon within a 24 hour window. It’s an awesome source of revenue that can really grow if you have a decent blog with awesome patrons! They can support you without having to do anything out of the ordinary!

#2b eBay

If you see an item that’s selling like mad, posting an eBay referral link into your site allows your business to make a percentage of the profit (if someone clicks said link and buys the item)!

#3 Referral Generation

This is a surefire way to build a lasting blog or small online business and grow it both in terms of social currency and actual money! By speaking with other small business owners with similar business interests, you can align your website to promote them, and make a commission off of the referrals you generate! This is commonly referred to as bird-dogging, and is employed by salespeople in various industries. In this instance you would be the bird dog, but that’s not a bad thing! That means you eat some of the “bird”!

You can also employ this as the person doing the referral marketing, which would drum up business in exchange for percentage or a fixed amount of the sale, should someone refer a customer.

#4 Writing for other websites

‘

Last but not least, we have writing! This is a great way to make money if you’re serious about writing content. If you find yourself writing one to two blog posts a day for your own website, why not write one more and make some serious cash from it! The YouTube video above breaks down a few ways you can make good cash writing content for certain websites!
